Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Mantra365 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Mantra365 ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Role

Mantra365 functions as a digital marketplace connecting Seekers ("Users") with independent Vedic scholars ("Pandits"). We do not employ Pandits and we do not perform rituals ourselves. We provide the technology to facilitate discovery, booking, and payment.

3. For Pandits (Service Providers)

  • Accuracy of Profile: You represent and warrant that the information regarding your Vedic education, tradition, and experience is accurate and truthful. Providing false credentials is grounds for immediate termination.
  • Service Quality: You agree to perform rituals with dignity, punctuality, and in accordance with Vedic scriptures.
  • Conduct: You must treat all Seekers with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Independence: You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, not an employee of Mantra365. You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

4. For Seekers (Users)

  • Respectful Conduct: You agree to treat Pandits with respect and dignity during interactions, whether virtual or in-person.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate the Pandit for their reserved time.
  • Safety: For in-home services, you are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the ritual.

5. Payments & Refunds

Service Fees: Mantra365 charges a platform fee on each booking to cover operational costs. This fee is displayed transparently at checkout.

Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a Pandit fails to arrive or significant issues arise, please contact support. Disputes regarding spiritual satisfaction (e.g., "the puja didn't work") are generally not eligible for refunds as spiritual outcomes are subjective.

6. Intellectual Property

All stories, mantras, images, and app content provided by Mantra365 are protected by copyright. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, distribute, or sell our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mantra365 is not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of Pandits or Users. Spiritual services are matters of faith, and we make no guarantees regarding the outcome or efficacy of any ritual.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any User or Pandit who violates these Terms, engages in illegal activity, or behaves in a way that harms the Mantra365 community.
